Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup onions (chopped)
1 cup frozen tater tots
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Ground Beef:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat, if needed.
Cook the Bacon:
While the beef is cooking, fry the bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Once cooked, crumble the bacon and set aside.
Combine the Ingredients:
Add the chopped onions to the cooked beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
