Start your day off right with this hearty and delicious Breakfast Pizza. Loaded with eggs, cheese, and savory sausage, it’s the perfect way to enjoy your favorite breakfast flavors in a whole new way!

 

Ingredients:

Pizza dough: 1 pre-made or homemade (12-inch)

Eggs: 5 large

Sausage: 1/2 lb (225g), crumbled and cooked

Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded

Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup, shredded

Butter: 1 tablespoon

Parsley: Chopped, for garnish

Salt and pepper: To taste

 

Instructions:

 

Prepare the Pizza Dough:

 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan or baking sheet.

 

Scramble the Eggs:

 

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring gently until they are just set but still slightly runny. Remove from heat.

 

Assemble the Pizza:

 

Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza dough.

Sprinkle the cooked sausage crumbles over the eggs.

Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

 

Bake the Pizza:

 

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

Garnish and Serve:

 

Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Slice and serve hot.
