2 lobster tails

Instructions:
Preparation: Preheat your oven’s broiler and prepare a baking sheet.

Broil for 8-10 minutes, basting halfway through. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear the seasoned scallops for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove scallops, melt butter, add garlic, and return scallops to coat in the garlic butter.
Final touches: Garnish the lobster and scallops with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
