Ingredients:

– 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

– 6 slices of bacon, chopped

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

– 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes

– 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1 teaspoon dried basil

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and then add them to the skillet with the bacon fat. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
