Ingredients:
1 bag tortilla chips
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the seasoned beef over the chips, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Top with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately!
