Quiche without dough with goat cheese and zucchini

I’m offering you a quick recipe today, to cook Pastaless Quiche with Goat Cheese and Zucchini, and prepare a balanced dish.

 

This dough-free quiche is very easy to make and can be adapted according to your wishes.

 

It was super good!

 

To make the recipe a success, you must measure the ingredients carefully and prepare them before starting the recipe.

 

You must also respect the cooking time and temperature, so follow the steps described below step by step.

 

INGREDIENTS:

-1 large zucchini

-100 g of runny goat cheese (Chavignol type)

-120 g of flour

-30 cl of milk

-1 spoon of 15% full-fat cream

-3 eggs (for my part, I keep 2 eggs + 1 yolk)

– 1 sachet of yeast

– salt/pepper

 

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

 

In a pan, melt 1 knob of butter and cook the zucchini, previously peeled and cut into thin slices.

 

In a salad bowl, break the eggs and whisk them.

 

Gradually add the flour and add the yeast, salt and pepper.

 

Mix with the milk to obtain a homogeneous paste.

 

Add the cooked zucchini and incorporate the 100 g of finely chopped goat cheese for an even coating.

 

Pour into a silicone mold and bake for 30 minutes.

 

Serve warm with a seasonal salad.
