Ingredients:

 

4 cloves garlic

1 pound frozen large shrimp (21-25 count) – thawed, peeled, and deveined

kosher salt to taste

1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons dry sherry

1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat-lea

f parsley

Directions:

 

Thinly slice the garlic. Season the shrimp with kosher salt and paprika. Mix and apply.

Heat garlic and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until the garlic starts to turn golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add shrimp and heat to high. Using tongs, turn and flip shrimp until they start to curl but are still undercooked (about 2 minutes). Pour in the sherry. Cook constantly stirring, until the sauce comes to a boil and the shrimp are tender, about 1 minute. Remove from the stove. Stir in the parsley with a spoon.❤️
