Steak with Creamy Shrimp and Lobster Sauce

Ingredients:

 

2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

 

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Cook steaks to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Add shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add Parmesan cheese and butter, stirring until melted and sauce is creamy.

Serve steaks topped with the creamy shrimp and lobster sauce.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
