Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings of your choice
Mayonnaise or your preferred condiments

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, red bell pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
Cook the chicken patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden-brown crust.
While the patties are cooking, you can toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Once the chicken patties are cooked, assemble your chicken burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Add lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you like.
Spread mayonnaise or your preferred condiments on the top half of the buns, then place them on top of the assembled burgers.
Serve your homemade chicken burgers with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
