Salmon Burgers:

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cans (14.75 oz each) of pink or red salmon, drained and flaked

1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder
