Honey Sriracha Glazed Air-Fried Chicken:

Elevate your snack or appetizer game with this quick and flavorful recipe that strikes the perfect balance between heat and sweetness. Each crispy wing or drumette is perfectly seasoned, air-fried to golden perfection, and then generously coated in a tantalizing glaze that marries the rich sweetness of honey with the kick of Sriracha.

INGREDIENTS:

For the Chicken:

2 pounds chicken wings or drumettes

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Honey Sriracha Glaze:

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

For the Chicken:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the chicken wings or drumettes dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then toss them in olive oil to coat evenly.

Place the chicken in the EaZy MealZ air fryer basket (this makes it extra crispy), making sure they are not overcrowded.

Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

For the Honey Sriracha Glaze:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
